Your personal information is sometimes stored temporarily on paper, until it is transferred to one of our computer systems. At which point the paper copy will be cross cut shredded.

 

Your data will be stored on a combination of our computerised software systems, which are encrypted and services such as as externally hosted software or cloud providers.

 

Wherever we source external services, measures have been taken to ensure that the providers also protect your data.

The following information about you will be stored as follows.

  • Information submitted via online enquiry form from our website is set to use email and is stored in our Google’s Secure G-Suite account.

  • Web statistical data is stored within a secure Google account, which is only accessible by our system administrator. Please note this information does not identify you individually.

  • Information that we may store about our interactions with you, your business activities and other sensitive information will be stored on our secure database, which is a hosted Secure and encrypted cloud base Google account.

 

We will keep information about you for a period of two years, unless:

  1. You request otherwise by executing your rights

  2. We have a contract in place with you that exceeds a two year period. 

 

We will then dispose your information by securely deleting the information, unless, we are legally required to maintain personal information about you, including situations such as the following:

  • If there is an unresolved issues relating to our relationship with you, such as an unresolved dispute, outstanding payment owed by you. We will retain the information or personal data until the issue is resolved.

  • Your company is being audited or investigated and we have been asked to maintain or provide information about you according to an applicable law. We will retain the information or personal data until we are instructed that the issue has been resolved.

Under data protection law, you have rights including:

 

  • Your right of access - You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information. 

  • Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
